Suitable for all fitness levels, our HIIT class combines cardio and strength training exercises to sculpt your body and increase your metabolism.
Yoga
Gentle Yoga is great for all levels. Stretch out your whole body along with setting your mind at ease and taking an hour for yourself to relax.
Restorative Yoga is great for beginners and those with extreme limitations or even if you just want to feel complete relaxation. This extremely gentle yoga uses props to hold positions for an extended period of time to help release tension and relax attachments.

Core Class
Your core stabilizes your body, allowing you to move in any direction as well as having proper balance. It helps prevents falls and supports your body. So having a strong core is beneficial to everyone because it allows your body to function properly. Improved Balance and Stability.

Simply Lift
Beginners lifting class. Simple exercises to get you started on your strength training journey. Great for those with limitations from joint pain to muscle rehabilitation.
