New Class Calendar
This week we have a few new chances to the class calendar! We have added a Restorative Yoga class instructed by Benji. Restorative Yoga is a gently style of yoga that uses props to hold the pose for the longer length of time. It’s almost like adult nap time. All that we ask of you is if you plan on attending the class to please bring two of your own pillows and a blanket and enjoy your time of relaxation!
